The Moorbad offers visitors a modern, natural outdoor pool with countless leisure options. The peaty water of the Moorbad comes from the nearby high moor of the nature park.
Bathers can enjoy a spacious wooden terrace, a grass terrace, a sunbathing lawn, four footbridges and a sandy beach filled with Danube gravel. A stone footbridge leads to the island at the end of the bathing area. The beach volleyball court on the south bank is also new.
A cabin wing with shower and toilet facilities and an asphalted sports field are also available. From November to February, an artificial ice rink is available in the City Center Schrems, which can be used free of charge by everyone.
The restaurant with its terrace above the water offers an attractive view of the entire Moorbad area and forms the new focal point of the facility.
When the Moorbad is frozen over in winter, you can go ice skating free of charge at any time.
